| This is not the actual application. It gives an indication of your new or existing employee's eligibility for an EP/S pass. It does not guarantee the actual outcome of your employee's application as it needs to be subjected to further checks.

| There is no requirement to use this Tool prior to making an application.

| MOM will not charge for this service. However, you do need to agree to our terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
| In order to use the online Employment/
S Pass Self-Assessment Tool ("SAT"), you must agree to these
terms & conditions. The SAT does not constitute an application
or renewal of an Employment or S Pass. Use of the SAT is not
a pre-requisite to applying for or renewal of an Employment
Pass or S Pass.

1. No fees, in any form or by any name whatsoever, may be charged or collected from third parties relating to the use of this Tool on their behalf.

2. This Tool may only be used in a manner that complies with the laws of Singapore, including but not limited to, applicable restrictions concerning copyright and other intellectual property. This Tool and any derivative works therefrom may not be modified, translated, copied, distributed or redistributed.

3. For the purposes of this Tool, users may not impersonate or seek to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent affiliation with a person or entity.

4. MOM shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any modification, interruption, inaccuracy, suspension or discontinuance of this Tool. For the avoidance of doubt, MOM shall not be liable for any opportunity cost, loss of profits, goodwill or other loss arising out of or resulting from the use or the inability to use this Tool.
