TERMS AND CONDITIONS
| In order to use the online Employment/
S Pass Self-Assessment Tool ("SAT"), you must agree to these
terms & conditions. The SAT does not constitute an application
or renewal of an Employment or S Pass. Use of the SAT is not
a pre-requisite to applying for or renewal of an Employment
Pass or S Pass. |

| 1. The online Employment/ S Pass Self-Assessment
Tool ("SAT") seeks to provide users with a preliminary
indication of the likelihood of them obtaining an Employment
or S Pass, and is not an actual application or renewal of an
Employment or S Pass. |

|
| 2. The SAT is a free service, and is
not a pre-requisite to making an application or renewal
of an Employment or S Pass. No fees, in any form or by any
name whatsoever, may be charged or collected from third
parties relating to the use of the SAT on their behalf. |
|
| 3. The SAT may only be used in a manner that complies with the laws of Singapore, including but not limited to,
applicable restrictions concerning copyright and other intellectual property. The SAT and any derivative works therefrom
may not be modified, translated, copied, distributed or redistributed. |

|
| 4. For the purposes of the SAT, users may not impersonate or seek to impersonate any person or entity,
or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent affiliation with a person or entity. |
|
|
| 5. MOM shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any modification, interruption, inaccuracy,
suspension or discontinuance of the SAT. For the avoidance of doubt, MOM shall not be liable for any opportunity cost,
loss of profits, goodwill or other loss arising out of or resulting from the use or the inability to use the SAT. |
